1. Who we are
The Human Delta is an early-stage initiative based in Sweden, operated by its founder. It is not yet a registered legal entity. Contact: hello@thehumandelta.com.
2. Using our services
You agree to:
- Use the services lawfully and in good faith.
- Provide accurate information when you sign up or contact us.
- Not attempt to break, abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the services.
- Not use our content or tools to harm others or to mislead.
Some parts of the ecosystem are available without registration. Where an account is required, you must be at least 16 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country) to create one.
3. Accounts
Not every service in the Human Delta ecosystem requires an account. Some resources — such as public articles, downloadable materials and the newsletter — are available without registration. Other services may require you to create an account so we can deliver features that are personal to you.
Where you do hold an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Content and intellectual property
The names The Human Delta, Coach Reflection Studio™, START™, Pivot Report™ and STRATOS™, together with our logos, frameworks, methodologies, guides, articles, designs, platform content and software, are owned by The Human Delta and protected by intellectual property laws. You may read and share our public articles for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Everything else requires written permission.
Original content you submit — such as assessment answers, form messages, uploaded audio, notes or transcripts — remains the property of you (or of your client, where applicable). You grant us a limited licence to use it as needed to provide the service to you and, only where clearly stated, to improve our products in aggregated, de-identified form.
AI-generated outputs produced through our services are provided for your professional use in connection with the service that generated them. The Human Delta retains ownership of its software, frameworks, methodologies, guides and platform content that make those outputs possible.
5. Paid features
Some features may be paid. Prices, scope and refund rules will be stated at checkout and processed by Stripe. EU consumers retain their statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable. Digital content you actively start using may be exempt from withdrawal — we will tell you clearly before you confirm.
6. Newsletter and communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We may send service-related messages (e.g. security notices) that you cannot opt out of while you have an account.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Certain services depend on third-party providers — including AI model providers, hosting, payment and email infrastructure — and temporary interruptions, capacity limits or changes in availability may occur as a result. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
8. Growth services
The Human Delta provides a range of growth services that support self-awareness, reflection, learning, leadership development and professional growth. These services may include assessments, discovery frameworks, reflective practice tools, transcript preparation, conversation review, competency assessment, behavioural discovery, personalised learning resources, leadership development insights and future learning and development services.
Some services use artificial intelligence to assist in generating transcripts, reports, insights or other outputs. Other services rely on structured assessments, rules-based scoring or other technologies. Where artificial intelligence is used, it is intended to support learning and professional development rather than replace professional judgement. You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated outputs before relying on them professionally or sharing them with others.
We may update or improve the technologies used to deliver our services over time. This may include changes to AI providers, assessment engines or other supporting technologies. Such changes are intended to improve the quality, security or performance of the services.
9. Coach Reflection Studio™
Coach Reflection Studio™ is one of The Human Delta's growth services. It supports professional coaches through reflective practice, professional development, continuous learning, coaching conversation review, transcript preparation, competency assessment and coaching insights. Transcript preparation is one capability within a broader reflective practice and professional development service.
Coaches using Coach Reflection Studio™ remain responsible for:
- Maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
- Obtaining any permissions, consents or authorisations required by law, professional standards or client agreements before recording or processing coaching conversations.
- Reviewing and verifying transcripts and AI-generated outputs before using, sharing or submitting them.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable professional standards, including any coaching body or certification requirements.
Confidential information
You acknowledge that coaching conversations may contain confidential or personal information. The Human Delta provides tools that support responsible handling of coaching conversations but cannot determine whether a particular recording may lawfully be uploaded or processed. You remain solely responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis, permissions and authority to upload and process coaching conversations using the services.
10. Disclaimer
The Human Delta provides educational resources, reflective practice tools, growth services and development frameworks to support personal and professional growth. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. The services are intended to support professional reflection and development rather than replace professional judgement.
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions or misinterpretations and should not be treated as authoritative without human review. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it or sharing it with others. The services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish and EU law, The Human Delta is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (e.g. intent, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights).
12. Termination
You may stop using the services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the services in a way that puts others at risk.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
14. Product-specific terms
Individual products within The Human Delta™ ecosystem—including Coach Reflection Studio™, START™, Pivot Report™ and STRATOS™—may publish their own Privacy Policies and Terms of Use where appropriate.
These product-specific terms supplement this document. Where there is any inconsistency between this document and the terms published for an individual product, the product-specific terms apply to that product.
The Human Delta™ website Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy apply across the main Human Delta website. Individual products may publish additional privacy or cookie policies where required by the nature of the service.
