Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 June 2026

These terms apply when you use any part of the Human Delta ecosystem — thehumandelta.com, START™, Pivot Report™, the newsletter, Thinking articles, contact forms, and future STRATOS™ properties. Individual products (e.g. START™ or Pivot Report™) may add product-specific terms; where they do, those product terms apply on top of these.

1. Who we are

The Human Delta is an early-stage initiative based in Sweden, operated by its founder. It is not yet a registered legal entity. Contact: hello@thehumandelta.com.

2. Using our services

You agree to:

  • Use the services lawfully and in good faith.
  • Provide accurate information when you sign up or contact us.
  • Not attempt to break, abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the services.
  • Not use our content or tools to harm others or to mislead.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country) to create an account.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Content and intellectual property

The names The Human Delta, START™, Pivot Report™ and STRATOS™, together with our logos, frameworks, articles, designs and software, are owned by The Human Delta and protected by intellectual property laws. You may read and share our public articles for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Everything else requires written permission.

Anything you submit (e.g. assessment answers, form messages) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use it as needed to provide the service to you and to improve our products in aggregated, de-identified form.

5. Paid features

Some features may be paid. Prices, scope and refund rules will be stated at checkout and processed by Stripe. EU consumers retain their statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable. Digital content you actively start using may be exempt from withdrawal — we will tell you clearly before you confirm.

6. Newsletter and communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We may send service-related messages (e.g. security notices) that you cannot opt out of while you have an account.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.

8. Disclaimer

The Human Delta provides reflection tools, frameworks and content for personal and professional growth. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions. The services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish and EU law, The Human Delta is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (e.g. intent, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights).

10. Termination

You may stop using the services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the services in a way that puts others at risk.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

12. Product-specific terms

START™ (start.thehumandelta.com) and Pivot Report™ (pivot.thehumandelta.com) may publish their own product terms that complement this document. The ecosystem-wide Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy apply across all Human Delta properties.
