Coach Reflection Studio™ is designed to support professional coaches through AI-assisted transcript preparation, coaching conversation review, conversation assessment and reflective practice.

The service is intended to help coaches learn from their coaching conversations, strengthen self-awareness and support continuous professional development.

Coach Reflection Studio™ is a reflective practice service. It is not intended to replace professional judgement, mentor coaching, coaching supervision or certification assessment.

You may use Coach Reflection Studio™ only if you have the legal authority to upload and process the conversations submitted through the service.

If you use the service in a professional coaching context, you remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, contractual obligations, ethical standards and professional coaching requirements.

By using Coach Reflection Studio™, you confirm that you:

• have obtained any permissions, informed consent or other authorisations required before recording or uploading coaching conversations;
• have the legal authority to process the uploaded recordings;
• will maintain appropriate confidentiality when using the service;
• will review and verify all transcripts before using or sharing them;
• understand that AI-generated outputs are intended to support reflection and professional development;
• accept responsibility for how you use any transcript, assessment or downloaded document.

Coaching conversations frequently contain confidential, personal or commercially sensitive information.

Coach Reflection Studio™ has been designed to support responsible handling of coaching conversations.

However, only you can determine whether a particular conversation may lawfully and ethically be uploaded.

You remain solely responsible for ensuring that recordings submitted through the service comply with applicable law, contractual commitments and professional coaching standards.

Coach Reflection Studio™ uses artificial intelligence to assist in preparing transcripts, identifying conversation patterns and generating reflective observations.

While every reasonable effort is made to produce accurate outputs, AI-generated transcripts, conversation assessments and observations may contain inaccuracies, omissions or misinterpretations.

Artificial intelligence supports your reflective practice. It does not replace your professional judgement.

Conversation assessments, competency observations and AI-generated insights are designed to encourage reflection rather than provide definitive evaluations of coaching performance or certification readiness.

Where appropriate, coaches are encouraged to discuss these observations with a mentor coach, coaching supervisor or another suitably qualified professional as part of their ongoing professional development.

Coach Reflection Studio™ complements reflective practice. It does not replace mentor coaching, coaching supervision or assessment conducted by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or any other professional coaching body.

Before relying on any transcript for certification, supervision, client records or any other professional purpose, you should carefully review and verify its accuracy.

The Human Delta™ does not guarantee that AI-generated transcripts or assessments are free from error.

You remain responsible for deciding whether any transcript or assessment is suitable for your intended purpose.

Any transcript, report or other document you download becomes your responsibility once it has been downloaded.

You are responsible for storing, securing, sharing and retaining downloaded files in accordance with your professional obligations and applicable law.

Your original coaching conversations, recordings and transcript edits remain your property, or the property of your client where applicable.

Coach Reflection Studio™ does not claim ownership of your coaching conversations.

The Human Delta™ retains ownership of Coach Reflection Studio™, including its software, methodologies, frameworks, visualisations, documentation, branding and other intellectual property used to deliver the service.

We aim to provide a reliable and secure service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Coach Reflection Studio™ depends upon trusted third-party infrastructure and technology providers. Temporary interruptions, maintenance or changes may occasionally affect availability.

We may improve, update or modify the service from time to time to enhance functionality, security or performance.

Coach Reflection Studio™ is provided to support reflective practice and professional development.

It does not provide legal, medical, psychological, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Conversation assessments and AI-generated observations should be interpreted as reflective learning tools rather than definitive evaluations.

Professional judgement always remains the responsibility of the coach.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Human Delta™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of Coach Reflection Studio™.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect improvements to Coach Reflection Studio™, changes in applicable law or changes in the services we provide.

The latest version will always be available through Coach Reflection Studio™.
